All of our products are sold as annual support subscriptions. If you have purchased a product subscription, you have the right to priority support for the period of one year from that date. Our priority support includes:
- Free Updates - All updates released during the term of your product subscription can be downloaded at no additional charge. These releases may include bug fixes, enhancements or changes to support future versions of IntraWeb.
- 24 Hour Email Support - Our support staff is online 24 / 7 to receive your emails and respond to your problems. We usually respond to any query within 4 hours.
- Enhancement Requests - We listen to our customers. If you have a request for a feature enhancement, that enhancement will be moved to the top of our future request list. If it is determined to be a feasible enhancement to our product, it will be one of the next features added to our product.
- Online FAQ Database - Our new customer account system now has an Online FAQ database where the most common questions from our customers are answered and available for your browsing 24/7.
- Flexible Access to Downloads - Access any current or past release of your product via our customer account system, provided you have a current subscription. After your subscription expires, you will still be granted access to download the files that were released during the term of your subscription.
